Once we have commenced processing your online claim form, we will contact you to confirm the details contained in the claim form and notify you of any further information we may require in order to process your claim, such as signatures or receipts. If you have submitted a claim form and not received confirmation of receipt from us within [5] working days, please contact us by telephone or email to check that we have received your claim form. For the avoidance of doubt, your claim will only be accepted by us if and when we explicitly notify you of this in writing.

We disclaim, to the extent permitted by law, all liability or responsibility to anyone for any direct or indirect loss or damage that may result from your access or use of our site.
