- Online Learning - we have two online learning systems available with access to a diverse range of over 800 customised courses, job aids and learning simulations to choose from
- Courses - our internal and external face-to-face training courses run throughout the year with topics ranging from our orientation program through to our Wesfarmers Insurance Leadership Development programs
- Insurance Qualifications - Lumley encourages employees to participate in industry/job related educational courses and offers assistance with course fees towards Institute of Insurance Diploma and Certificate qualifications.
